Friends of San Francisco City Planning (FOCP) was a non-profit organization founded solely to support planning activities not funded by the City’s budget. Since 1997, FOCP has awarded over $1,000,000 in GRANTS to provide staff training and professional development, acquire needed technology and software, and to enhance a publicly-accessible planning process. FOCP is grateful for the strong support of many community individuals, organizations and businesses which make these grants possible.

Due to the CoVid-19 pandemic, the annual 2020 and 2021 Friends of San Francisco City Planning fundraisers were canceled. And the decision was made by the Board of Directors to discontinue further events.
